BIKINI ISLAND & MOUNTAIN HOTEL IS OPEN!
Mallorca and hippie chic garnished with pure Ibiza feeling! The owners of 25hours Hotels from Germany thought the same thing and opened the 4* Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel in Port de Sóller in the northwest of the island. It is a unique hideaway that scores especially with individualists. The 60s style of the award-winning design studio DREIMETA by Armin Fischer is an absolute eye-catcher. Warm earth tones in the rooms, natural materials, Mallorcan tiles, spacious pentagonal pool with a peace sign in flower pattern, daybeds, handmade, extraordinary parasols in Bali design and all this with a touch of Californian hippie flair.
Many of the 117 rooms have their own terrace overlooking the port of Port de Soller. The unusual, culinary orientation of the Bikini Hotel matches the spirit of the hotel. The Bikini Hotel with its Neni restaurant has already become a real hotspot in Berlin. Haya Molcho and her Neni crew offer the finest, high-quality Israeli cuisine and this together with unusual cocktail creations by Jörg Meyer. While sitting at the chilly bar by the pool, you can enjoy an oriental lemonade and typical Israeli “mezze” while enjoying a wonderful view. Also outdoor massages are offered as well as a shuttle bus which takes you several times a day to the nearby beach at the harbour promenade.
A touch of San Francisco on Mallorca
“We call this “gypset style,” and honestly, it’s not just us,” say the founders of the 25hrs hotel chain. The roots of Gypset Style lie in San Francisco in the 60s with its hippie movement. A mixture of relaxation and hedonism. Perfect for everyone who values time, freedom and creativity as much as a little luxury here and there. You could call it an individual place for individualists. Or just the perfect place to let go and celebrate life.
We were at the great opening party of the Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel and can only say – TOP. The hotel is also open for external guests and you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or a wonderful dinner there.
