Passing of information
Our offers and communications are intended solely for the recipients of the offer. Should they be passed on to third parties without our permission, the recipient of the offer is obligated to pay the commission, upon completion of the main contract by a third party to us.

Taxes and costs
Taxes, notary and register fees must be paid by purchaser, the commission by the seller as stipulated by Spanish regulations.
If the recipient of the offer already knows about the saleability or lettability of a property offered by us, he is committed to inform us immediately, at latest within 8 days, in written form.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the buyer pays no commission. This does not apply to objects from the bank stock. For this purpose a separate brokerage fee agreement must be closed in ad-vance. In case of conclusion of a rental / lease contract with a duration of up to 5 years, Private Property Mallorca will charge the tenant the sum of 2 months rental plus VAT, on the basis of the contractually agreed monthly rent (in case of graduated rent the average rent of the fixed contrac-tual period).
We are entitled to receive a commission also, if in temporal and economic connection with the first mediated respectively proven contract by us further contractual agreements come about.
Jurisdiction for fully qualified merchants is Palma de Mallorca.
