From 29.04 to 01 May it’s that time again. The Farmers’ Market in Puerto Portals is the most traditional and authentic market on the island. It is not a typical market as you know it from the island, but only 100% Mallorcan products and handicrafts from the island are offered. On the last weekend in April, the boulevard fills with exhibitors of food, local handicrafts, plants, ceramics and much more. For families with children, various themed workshops are offered.

As one of the island’s glamour spots, Puerto Portals is the place to “see and be seen”, especially during the summer months, and it is more than likely that you will meet a celebrity or two here. Noble boutiques and stylish restaurants line up here. Particularly popular are, for example, the Ritzi Restaurant, the Cappuccino Cafe, the Spoon, the Flanigans or the Tahini. The exclusive harbour exudes a special charm and is one of the most popular harbours in Europe.

What Puerto Portals has to offer

Portals Nous does not have any museums or historical buildings, as this is primarily a noble residential area with a focus on beaches and yachts. And yet there is plenty to discover in the surrounding area.

For all golf lovers, the golf courses of Real Golf de Bendinat and the Lindner Golf & Wellness Resort are in the immediate vicinity. Under the up to 30 m high cliffs of the Costa de Bendinat lies the most beautiful beach of the bay of Palma de Mallorca with direct access to the noble marina of Portals Nous. Above the beach on the cliffs, you will find the popular and always well booked restaurant Lila. Very popular with tourists and locals alike - the view of the sunset in the evening speaks volumes.
