A paradise on earth – Hotel Cap Rocat

Nowhere else on Mallorca is there anything comparable - a former military fortress converted into a unique 5* hotel with a spectacular location and views of the Bay of Palma. Pure Majorcan luxury with 24 rooms & suites, 2 restaurants, private pools and an impressive view of the sunset in the evening. Many of the distinctive original architectural features have been retained: Sleep where soldiers once slept - but with more style than these! The furnishing of the Hotel Cap Rocat presented the restorers under the direction of Antonio Obrador with great challenges. They had to rebuild the complex so that it could be used as a hotel, but in addition the strict rules for a protected cultural asset and national monument had to be fulfilled. The fortress is embedded in a nature reserve and there is even its own private beach - only a few minutes away. Not only for a romantic candle-light dinner but also for some dinners with clients, we visited the “Sea Club” - one of the two restaurants of the hotel complex. The perfect place for pure romance, typical Mediterranean summer dishes, all garnished with a spectacular view of the sunset.
