Construction work on Palma’s ring motorway
The construction of the highway from Palma to Manacor were stopped last year after disputes between the construction company UTE and the Island Council as a client. Now the construction work was resumed after a court ruling and should be completed by March 2019.
In Palma, a second ring road MA-30 is to be built, between the roundabout Son Ferriol and the highway from Palma to Manacor. The junction Coll d’en Rabassa on the airport motorway is to be connected to the Inca motorway, thanks to this highway, the Vía de Cintura will be relieved.
