Cultivated vineyard near Vilafranca

10000 m²

390.000 €

RefNo.: 5295

This vineyard is cultivated by a company, which also harvests and vinifies the grapes. The wine is marketed under the name SaCaRo and can be tasted at the Chateau Vino de la Isla near Algaida.

The plot is 1 hectare in size near Vilafranca, cannot be built on, has good access and has very good agricultural soil.

There is a well on the property that always has a good supply of water, even in the height of summer.
The wine can be sold as before. It is particularly interesting for entrepreneurs from the gastronomy/hotel industry or event companies to take over the distribution in their own business. In the catering sector, sales prices can then be more than twice as high.

The wine is currently sold in Weinwert’s bodega at prices of €11.50 (white) and €13.50 (red). This corresponds to annual revenues of around EUR 40,000. If the new owner sells the wine in his own restaurant, annual revenues of around €85,000 to €100,000 can be expected at sales prices of around €25 to €30 per bottle.

The costs incurred are: management by Weinwert at around €15,000 and vinification (harvesting, winemaking and bottling) at around €6,000.
This means a profit of around €64,000 to €80,000 per year if the wine is sold in your own restaurant.

The wine field belongs to a Spanish SL that was founded in 2017.
The SL still has loss carryforwards of around €150,000. Very interesting from a tax perspective: the purchaser of the SL can offset these losses in full against its profits.

Alternatively, the vineyard can also be acquired without the SL.
