RefNo.: 5067

This wonderfully quiet plot is located in Santanyi and has an approved sea view building project, the building permit is currently still on “stand by” and can be activated at any time.

The project provides for a construction with an area of approx. 230 m² plus approx. 80 m² basement, which would be distributed as follows:

on the ground floor there will be a spacious living/dining area with fireplace and adjoining, open and fully equipped kitchen as well as a guest bedroom with bathroom en suite.

From this level there will be access to the spacious, partly covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, saltwater infinity pool and a further bathroom.

On the upper floor will be the large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room, as well as two further bedrooms and two bathrooms. There will also be a large terrace with pergola with a cozy lounge and fantastic panoramic views as far as the sea.

Another, somewhat smaller pool is planned on the sunny roof terrace, so that you can also enjoy the wonderful view from here while cooling off in the pool. 2 vehicle parking spaces, a technical room below the pool terrace and a further room that can be used individually complete this offer.

Description of the surroundings -

Santanyí in the southeast of Mallorca is one of the most popular villages on the island and has resisted Romans, Arabs and pirates for centuries. The beautiful little town with its golden sandstone façade is lifted out of its green surroundings and attracts both tourists and residents to the colorful weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Around the Plaza Mayor there are various cafés and restaurants with a wide culinary selection. The surrounding narrow streets with their beautiful stores are perfect for a stroll. The Mondragó nature reserve is in the immediate vicinity and offers numerous hiking routes, while the idyllic bays on the east coast, such as Cala Santanyí or Cala Llombarts, are ideal for swimming. The port of Portocolom and the Vall d'Or golf course are in the immediate vicinity.
