This beautiful and spacious family villa is located in the quiet and green residential area of S’Aranjassa, in the Son Oliver district near Palma, and is available exclusively for long-term rental for a minimum of one year.

The property offers nearly 500 m² of living space on an impressive lot of approximately 8,000 m². The house spans two floors and is ideal for families or individuals who appreciate spacious living in a quiet setting close to nature. Spread across approximately 500 m² of living space are a total of six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area with a cozy fireplace. The layout is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and a practical utility room. Large windows provide plenty of light and create a very pleasant, welcoming living atmosphere.
The stunning outdoor area offers complete privacy and features a Mediterranean-style design—a place to relax and enjoy life. Spacious sun terraces and a large pool invite you to linger. The covered BBQ area offers plenty of space for family and friends to spend time together outdoors.
A special highlight is the lovingly designed on-site bodega, which lends the property an additional touch of charm. In addition to a two-car garage, the property features several covered parking spaces that can accommodate a total of four additional vehicles.

The location impresses with its tranquility yet excellent connectivity: Palma is just a few minutes’ drive away, as are international schools, shopping, and the airport.

The rent is €7,000.00 per month and is payable annually in advance.
The security deposit is equal to two months’ rent.
The villa is offered partially furnished.

Description of the surroundings -

The property is situated close to el Arenal, near to the 7 km long beach of fine sand next to the beach promenade of the so-called Platja de Palma. The beach promenade leads up to the centre of Palma (also great for cyclists and inline skaters). The historic old town of Palma de Mallorca can be reached within approx. 15 minutes by bus. A very large selection of restaurants, shops and bars (in all price ranges) and bus stops are nearby. The Playa de Palma has been changing for some time. The new campaign “Palma Beach” also helps to continuously improve the quality and level of the Playa de Palma over the next few years. Already today you can see big differences compared to a few years ago. Many hotels have been renovated and new 5 * hotels, such as the excellent Hotel Llaut Palace, have recently been built there. Quality tourism instead of drinking tourism is the motto!
