This completely refurbished townhouse is in a prime location in Palma and was extensively rebuilt from scratch in 2018. Great importance was attached to the original architecture of the property, which is partially listed (façade).

The townhouse is spread over four floors plus roof terrace. The garage and the stylish, wood-clad entrance area are located on the first floor. From here, you can either take the elegant and original staircase or the elevator to the living area on the 2nd floor, which creates an impressive ambience with its high ceilings.

A modern kitchen from Varenna is the heart of this living area. The living area with gas fireplace creates a cozy ambience.

The roof terrace with pool is located one floor above. There is a BBQ area and a small kitchen for relaxing hours.

Below the roof terrace is the spacious guest suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. The suite also offers a small lounge with sofa and make-up area for the ladies. The elegant walk-in closet (Made in Italy) is also sure to impress. A further guest room with en-suite bathroom is also located on this floor.

The master bedroom with its own lounge is located on the 1st floor and has direct access to the elevator, which connects all levels of the property.

The entire interior design was created in consultation with an interior design office and incorporates many historical elements of the Old Town.

The lively island capital of Palma was voted the most liveable place in the world by Times Magazine in 2015. Residents here enjoy the many sunny days and the stylish Old Town. Many of the old buildings are well preserved and contribute to the original charm of the Balearic capital. A comprehensive range of leisure activities, from the theater to the opera to several museums and a great nightlife contribute to making Palma so lovable and liveable. With the sea on the doorstep and the mountains in the immediate vicinity, the geographical conditions are almost dreamlike. This unique old town property is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Palma, very close to the cathedral or the Almudaina palace.
