Award for the “Ginbo” on Paseo Mallorca in Palma

The Bar “Ginbo“, which is located on the lively Paseo Mallorca in the heart of Palma, was honored as “Best Bar of the Balearic Islands”. As the name suggests it already: The specialty of this bar is the gin! More than 100 different Gin’s lined up on the shelves behind the bar, plus a wide range of premium tonics. The bar has now been incorporated into the top 10 of the “Diageo Reserve Coaster Award 2015”. The company, which has its headquarters in England, draws each year from the best bars in different countries. The Ginbo is not just a cocktail bar, during the day you can also enjoy coffee, snacks or a beer and watch the action on the bustling street. Two brothers from Girona wanted to concentrate on good gin, well-known as „Gin bueno“ and founded in 2009 the “Ginbo” in Palma, which is still run by Santiago Cebrián Morales and his brother. Just pass by after shopping in Corte Inglés or in one of the numerous boutiques around Paseo Mallorca to get a nice refreshment!
