Fan Mallorca Shopping will open on September 22 in Palma
The new mega-shopping center FAN on the airport highway is nearly ready to start it’s opening at September 22. The French company Carrefour Property, which is behind FAN Mallorca Shopping, began in February 2014 with the construction work. The investment will be approximately € 190 million. The center offers a surface of approx. 66,000 m2 and distributes over two floors with a total of 120 stores. Thus, for example, which is known from Englands clothing company, Primark will open a flagship store there and as well the well-known coffee chain Starbucks will open a branch there. Other famous names who will be represented there, are Media Markt, H & M, C & A, Guess, Vans, the famous Danish jewelery maker Pandora, the Brazilian brand Havaianas with its popular flip-flops or in the electronic segment, the brands Samsung and Game. Also the culinary offer will provide all sorts of delicacies. A cinema with 8 halls and 4D (the first of its kind on the island) will be there as well. 1500 extra jobs have been created which is fantastic for the islands economy. Parking is easy with a total of 2,500 extra parking lots. The group Carrefour expects about 12 million visitors per year. It takes only 5 minutes from the center of Palma and 2 minutes from the airport - last minute shopping just before the flight is even easier now! Let’s go shopping!
