New directly at the beach Ciudad Jardin in Palma – Beach Lounge & Restaurant Villadelmar
Since 13th May there is a new sea view restaurant at the beach of Ciudad Jardin in Palma - the Villadelmar! For a long time the former “blue hotel” was empty after several times the owner / operator had changed. Now it was sold and the new owner has completely renovated the building. It is set in beautiful white and offers spacious terraces with fantastic sea views, an attractive interior design in modern beach-house design, 4 suites that can be rented and a roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Palma (opening soon). A lot of love has been invested in details to create a fantastic atmosphere with a view of the sea. Muzo Azeri is known to many as a manager from the Nassau Beach Club, which he had managed successfully for many years. Now he has taken over the Villadelmar as the manager and offers with his team a high-quality, Mediterranean-Asian-inspired cuisine. On the menu are delicious appetizers such as cold melon soup with tarragon and scampis, burrata with tomatoes, rocket and pine nuts, tuna and salmon tartar with wasabic cream, yuzu and sesame or grilled aubergine with miso, marinated feta cheese, fennel and pomegranate. For the main courses they offer various wok dishes like Pad Thai, beetroot raviolis filled with taleggi cheese, walnuts, sautéed oyster mushrooms and truffle foam, various pasta dishes, fresh fish of the day, codfilled with olives, parsnip cream and ratateuille, Deluxe Burger from Son Mayol or American Black Angus Rib Eye from the charcoal burner with braised Hokkaido pumpkins. A really great, new location in Palma proximity, parking spaces directly in front of the door, the beach in front of the restaurant and also for the youngest there is enough space for playing. We highly recommend this new hotspot!
