This stunning country house is located in the idyllic surroundings between Manacor and Felanitx. Surrounded by the Mediterranean landscape, this property impresses with its size, its authentic charm as it combines traditional elements with modern comfort, its huge potential and its impeccable condition. All buildings are legal. There is a multitude of possible uses!

The outdoor area of this country house is a true paradise for people and animals.
The spacious plot extends over around 49,000 m² and is surrounded by natural stone walls. Further stone walls divide the property into different areas.
A large part of the land is leased and therefore does not need to be maintained by you. However, you could also use the land yourself immediately.
Animal husbandry is also possible to a large extent here, if desired, as the property also includes several outbuildings, which can of course also be used for other purposes, such as a guest house or studio.

A new electric entrance gate and a flower-filled avenue lead to the entrance area of the magnificent house. Next to it are up to three covered parking spaces and an adjoining workshop.

The old country house has been professionally renovated with great passion for detail and the preservation of old elements, transforming it into a feel-good place.
The entrance hall is flooded with light and gives an idea of the spaciousness of the room layout.
From here, the house is divided into two wings.
On one side is the living room, which is equipped with a fireplace in addition to the central heating and opens up in the middle of the room to a gallery on the upper floor.
This area has a special look thanks to the interior walls made of natural stone, and some old details have been preserved here. Old entrances have been replaced by large window fronts, enhancing the special design of this room and letting in plenty of light.

In the other wing of the building, which also stands out visually from the outside thanks to the rustic stone walls, there is an open kitchen with an additional dining area. From here you can access the surrounding terrace, the BBQ area with an old Mallorcan pizza oven and the pool area, which features a large saltwater pool.

Behind the main house there is also a small chicken coop, a citrus grove, a small beautifully landscaped pond, flower and vegetable beds and another 140 square meter building, the former barn, which could be converted into an independent guest house or ateleir, for example.

From the entrance of the house, a staircase leads to the upper floor, which features the aforementioned gallery. This connects a small additional living area with library to the four bedrooms, all of which are bright and spacious.
Next to the master bedroom is a large bathroom with direct access to two roof terraces. Another bathroom is located between two bedrooms and connects them as an “en suite bathroom”.

A very special highlight is the panoramic view from the upper roof terrace. From here, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Mallorcan hinterland.
In addition to the famous San Salvador monastery mountain near Felanitx, you can even make out the silhouette of the Tramuntana mountains in the distance.
