Campos is a municipality located on the largest Balearic island Mallorca. The small town of the same name is the administrative center of the municipality, which is located in the south of the island. The relatively new highway connection also contributes to the growing popularity of Campos. Thus, one can reach Palma in about 35 minutes. The region around Campos has a lot to offer, especially the coastal area with the most beautiful beach of the island, like Es Trenc, attracts many visitors. This beach is a protected natural beach with a charming dune landscape. It extends from Sa Rapita over Ses Covetes to Ses Salines. The village of Ses Salines owes its name to salt extraction, which is still carried out in the immediate vicinity of the beach.
