PROJECT! Fantastic villa in Cala Murta, which seems to float and is one with nature

This fantastic new construction project of a “floating” villa is located directly in Cala Murta, near Porto Cristo and offers a fantastic view of the sea as well as direct access to the bay.

The design of this villa is outstanding, as it will literally have wings with a span of almost 30 meters. The combination of concrete and wood creates clean lines yet a warm & inviting atmosphere. The space planning will be open plan and reminiscent of a huge loft. The design of the rear facade used a transparent curtain wall made of wood, which floods the interior with light. When the windows in front of this facade are opened, the wind flows through the room from both sides. Thanks to the numerous skylights and front glazing, one has the feeling of being one with the sky, the light, the wind and the sea. On the main level, the master bedroom will be located with a bathroom that resembles a spa and also offers a private terrace with a Jacuzzi. A total of 4 bedrooms are planned, all with en suite bathrooms, but this may change during construction. A large room that can be used in many ways, for example as a guest apartment with its own living room and kitchenette would also be possible. In the basement will be the dpa area with sauna and fitness room as well as the home theater. In the 2nd basement will be the underground garage with space for at least 2 cars. Two additional outdoor parking spaces would be available in the garage entrance for visitors. On the roof terrace, another pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining area and a cozy lounge area await. A glazed elevator will transport one from the garage to the roof.
