Description of the surroundings -

In picturesque Es Capdellà, Mallorcan coziness reigns away from mass tourism and city noise. The rural region is characterized by many typical Mediterranean fincas with charming properties and stately homes that fit perfectly into the beautiful landscape of Mallorca's southwest. At the end of the mild winter, the almond blossom offers a beautiful natural spectacle, which is particularly pronounced in the region around Es Capdellà. The place is popular with both residents and people with second homes, because the place has restaurants, markets and events to offer regardless of the season. The proximity to Palma, which is only a 20-minute drive away, as well as the numerous marinas and golf courses in the area, also make the place particularly attractive. An international school (BIC College) is only about fifteen minutes away.
